+3: Contact

Perhaps my aunt isn't as stupid as I give her credit for. She discovered my spare SIM card. Though she didn't figure out that it was the one I used to contact her, so perhaps she's done me a service. (After all, I tire of having to switch SIM cards on my phone to check on her messages.)

I had to call father after my harp arrived. Several of the strings had broken on the way here. He nearly blew his lid, considering how much money he spent on 'safe' delivery here. I can only imagine the scene that transpired afterwards, and it amuses me thoroughly.

Mother also insisted that I make some nice friends at Oshima, not like that 'horrid boy Laurent'. Oh mother... Whatever the cause of it, I suppose I can't fault her for saying I need to know people here. (Though I do doubt that the trip to the beach with the Sophomores will be exactly helpful.) It is a shame school hasn't started yet- forced interaction seems to be a successful way to know people. For such a mannerless society, I'm actually surprised that more don't seek to begin commenting without reason.

Hrmph. This holiday period looks to be too dull. After I purchase some new strings, perhaps I should explore this place further. Apparently there's a red light district around somewhere. It should be... interesting.
