Would £3.86 shipping via airmail be fine with you? I’m looking to add a piece of cardboard to stiffen up the package and to minimize any bends. Any excess in shipping paid will be refunded.

Total = £10 + £3.86 + £0.69 (Paypal fee) = £14.55

I'm not sure exactly what you mean though:
DM = £1 + £1.28 + £0.11 = £2.39
Clearfile + DM = £9 +£3.30 + £0.62 = £12.92
