The rumors were true: we're going to a rotation on shifts. They've given out the schedule for the next 8.5 months that we're going to try. There are some benefits-we get a 10% pay differential when we are on second shift and 3 day weekends. I have 1 month to figure out what I'm going to do about C&I. I'm on second shift for 6 weeks starting

Yes, and their reasons seem resonable. None of us are happy about it except the current second shift people, who aren't 100% happy with the change either (they'd rather not be on 2nd at all).
