tempeh and veggies with seeds

I was really pleased with the spice mix I used:

Sliced grain tempeh thinly. Also sliced carrots, sm onion, sm zuchinni, baby bella mushrooms. Minced garlic.
Sauteed garlic and onion in olive oil. Added carrots and tempeh. Seasoned with lots of sesame seeds, whole fennel, whole cumin, whole caraway, ground coriander (lots), crushed red pepper, ground cardamon, a sprinkle of sherry and a sprinkle of soy sauce. Added mushrooms after a few minutes and after an appropriate time, added zuchini slices. Browned everything off. Very tasty.

Tomorrow I'm planning to eat it with hummus and lettuce in pita. Tonight it was tasty plain.
