The events of the past few days have left me thinking What the fuck happened this weekend? haha It was a pretty ridiculous but amazing weekend.
Thursday night I came home right after Grey's since I was feeling sick and I let my roommates convince me vodka would kill all the germs and make me feel better haha. I ended up ice luging quite a few times and managed to look completely ridiculous in all the pictures of it. After we were done we put the ice luge in the tub to melt and all got into bed. However, Gabe decided to let himself into our room and somehow we thought it would be a good idea to take the ice luge to his room and stay there until 3am. Oh well.
Friday was the Justin Timberlake concert. Oh my God he was sooooo good! He sang, danced, played a little accoustic guitar, played a little piano, and looked amazing. I felt like a 12 year old girl again haha. And I was soooo excited that he sang a little NSYNC. And he sang Sexy Back twice! Timberland made a guest appearance for 2 of the songs! Seriously, it was one of the most fun concerts I've ever been to. I did lots of singing and dancing (and swooning). He might play some more shows this summer, which I will definately attend.
Now we get to Saturday. Oh man. Saturday night we went to Apex, the local gay bar, for a drag show. It was one of the most fun nights we've had since we've been here! Miss Cynthia was our favorite. She did an amazing Fergie routine and this other crazy routine with lots of hair flipping and splits. Miss Christina Kelly was pretty good too. She was the host and was absolutely hysterical. And the gay bar completely fufilled my stereotypical view of a gay bar. There were cheesey male strippers in the back room and Brittney Spears music. And a confused gay man kept hitting on Meha. Telling her he was straight but he kept sneaking off with some guy. Oh and our extremely drunk friend Paula kept hitting on all the gay men...awkward. And then when we got back to the dorm UPD made her go to the hospital. When they asked her what her social security number was she yelled "910 Vodka!" Not good.
Sunday was pretty low key and today I spent the entire day in bed since I've got the cold from hell.
This weekend is shaping up to be another crazy one. Friday night is our political scandals party. We invited a bunch of the upper classmen and they all seem excited so I think it will be well attended and a good time. Saturday is the big basketball game on ESPN2! You best watch because Amanda and I are making it our goal to get on tv.
