I'm cautiously optimistic? I really hope that the infrastructure portions of the agreement are provided quickly and painlessly. On the other hand, I think we've all learned not to count chickens that aren't hatched.

True. I do hope they manage to work out an agreement similar to the Nisga'a - all things considered, I think they have a decent amount of autonomy.
