Today is International Disadvantaged People's Day. Please send an

And to support that retard theory....the cripple I've become was pretty dumb today and pushed way to hard at work. At 1 i just wanted to give up and go home but i kept pushing and now I'm paying for it. i left half an hour early when i should have only stayed half the day, my whole body aches, and my back muscles are tight all the way up my back now i have pain shooting down both legs instead of just the right like it has been and I'm worried that i wont be able to work tomorrow. I should have taken it a bit easier but i felt so bad about missing days, one because of the money i lost but also because the shop was short two people all week.
Dr told me he'd give me another note for work and i didn't take it, now I'm thinking maybe i should have, I wanted to get back to work so bad i didn't think about it setting back my being normal.
