Judging from the influx of video feeds over the network, showcasing people's untimely, and often, gruesome deaths, one can only assume that this is a result of either a group of killers on the loose, or a curse in effect. I don't enjoy participating in these curses, whether willingly or not, but I will indulge the city this time. I don't appreciate coming upon the mutilated corpses of children first thing in the morning.
Whoever is responsible will be found. Even if by finding the direct culprit, I may only be able to extract proper justice to a part of the faceless shadows behind this murder.
[ooc; Note that while Lelouch is pissed off at finding the dead body, his secondary instinct is to use this curse, this situation, and the fact that it appears he isn't completely overwhelmed by whatever it is that has swept over the city - all this - to his advantage. And by advantage, I hope this post pings people to realizing that the city enjoys hurting poor and innocent children for its perverse amusement. ♥ Any failure in the acting department shouldn't be blamed on Lelouch, but the mun herself :D :D :D And the child he is referring to is none other than Huey Freeman [child-radical] ]
