And the rest of this entry is about me thinking about using this blog to post my works in that direction xD Although I'm lazy and there will be not too much progress xD

What I remember is that we knitted an owl, a cat, a bear, a scarf, socks and doll clothing.
You're a tailor? How neat! Have you made already a lot?
Well, I am no good either at posting much on LJ so you won't get any judgement from me :-)

Ugh okay, if I had it at school in that dimension I'd hate it as well...
Here it becomes more and more unusual to learn things like knitting, crocheting, embroidering at school. I only remember a teacher in 6th grade telling us she can't let us use a sewing machine at school. Too dangerous if someone sews into their finger... I hated that subject back then and only discovered I like sewing years after school when I started with cosplay xD And now I'm becoming a tailor. Still learning though (At a school which focuses on theatre jobs) xD
We had skirts trousers, blouses until now. At the moment we're working on historical things (corsets, historical underwear, hooped skirts from different eras)

Book fairs are awesome. I adore those. Although over here we never go in cosplay to them :-)
I guess if you can make things that truly interest you and learn skills and so that can be useful for what you wnat to make, then it is far less horrible then when you are forced to make an owl that has to be at least X high and Y large. God, how we stretched the material back then all the time just to make the measurements sooner :-)
