That's fantastic Leish! It sounds like we have had a pretty similar body history, but I am yet to get to that place of feeling confident to change things.
I used to always think that moving out would prompt big changes because I had so many control/insecurity issues related to food.

I have lost significant amounts of weight in the past, and have maintained health kicks for months at a time. Now I find I just can't get things off the ground because I don't really have faith in it all.

I'm thinking of doing Lite N Easy for a few weeks just to kind of reboot my eating habits.

I look forward to reading about your progress!

I keep wanting to do Lite N Easy, but my job has had me at different sites every day for months, so it's hard to store food at work. Now I have a fridge in my office :D Very tempting to start up with it!

I did Lite N Easy once for months (my parents were paying) and I did lose a lot of weight (about 30 kilos).
I started cheating and then stopped wasting my parents' money. I'm not sure how long it took me to gain it all back...

I don't think Lite N Easy is an easy fix, but I think right now it would be good to get me back into a routine and into portion control. These days it is common for me to go without breakfast, without lunch, then come home from work and just pig out on all kinds of things.

That's the thing, I think sometimes it's hard to work out portion control and the routine of eating regularly without a big push, and Lite N Easy is good for that. It's easy to forget how much food you actually need, rather than how much you can eat, you know?

yeah I agree - it's a good way to get you used to smaller portions (though having seen my parents do it, they're sometimes NOT that small) I have to say though, the salt content in some of the dinners is ridiculous! I think they try to hard to give you 'normal' food so they limit your calories, sure, but I'm not 100% convinced that the food they give you is the healthiest option.

Still, it means you don't have to think about it, the food is there and it's so easssy, it could be really good to get into a routine.

The good thing about this program is they give you meal plans and shopping lists - so assuming you like everything on the meal plan you can just print off the list and go. we're adjusting it slightly but still feeling pretty good for it :)
