Shameless self-promotion
This week’s post: A plug for my relatively new book blog. I started it in January - it’s one of my New Year’s resolution projects - and now that I’ve managed to rack up 25 posts on it I decided it’s time to start plugging it a little. :-) It’s called Leisha Reads and you can visit it here. The theme of the blog is literature, obviously … anything & everything to do with literature. So far I’ve posted, let’s see, some quotes from books I’ve read, some poems … info about a BookCrossing challenge that I’ve been doing for the past couple of years … some more or less relevant pictures, a YouTube video of mine in which a certain author reads part of his latest book … I post reviews of the library books I read and I post lists of what I read every month, with recommendations, to the books’ journals on BookCrossing. The blog’s about half and half English and Norwegian at this point. Comments are welcome, including anonymous ones. :-)
In the future I plan to post more book reviews (mostly in English) of books I’ve read and loved in the past, and also more general posts on authors and maybe even genres that I like … more book-related pictures … and at some point even an entire Edward Gorey book. o_O I’ll be very impressed if someone can guess which one. ;-)
