Wow, I've not posted in a while
Lots to say....
Well. firstly, I moved to Mount lawely, The unit is beautiful and is making me very happy. Its so spacious and clean, more space than i've ever got to occupy all by myself then ever. I have a b ig big big bedroom, an spare room that is currently filled with boxes. A Big bathroom, without a working fan (one bad), a masssive open plan kitchen and lounge. which is great cos if i'm cooking for people or cleaning when people are over, i don't feel like a 50s housewife. and last but definently not lease, and fantastic balcony that looks over north perth all the way to perth city, nothing is obstructing my view, and its oh so breezy up on the hill and the 5th floor.
The block is over 26 years old and has SO much charactor. i know this cos there is a man downstairs that helped me get my hotwater system working that has live here for that long. I have to ask him soon where the hell our wheelie bins are, the trash is really starting to grow into quite a large pile. Anyway he is really cute. He was watching "it academic' when me and lisa when to his door.
The guy that has the unit next to mine seems rather impressive too. Seems rather weathy, he owns like 3 of the units in the block. and is gutting the one he lives in, it has like fantastic lights and lots of plants. Still, i love my apartment more.
I've made my way to school more than an hour early cos i started getting some lack of internet aniexty. There wasn't much waiting for me in my email or on myspace anyway :(
Now to other stuff.
I moved in wednesday, and took advantage of the fact that tim would have to come over straight from work to come to the scotto. So, his excelent box lifting and carrying skills where used to their full potential. Then my Chan chan turned up to help, then later miss BBBBB took us to the scotto.
which was full at like 10pm, it was absolutly discusting, it make me so sick. there wasn't even anywhere for me to put my jug down. which led to me spending most of time sitting outside sitting on the potplants where a rose bush attacked my arm and i had a Happy Little Vegemite sitting on my knee. Then i think we went home before closing, not going to talk about rest of nightness.
Then thursday, miss b stayed over and much girly girly girl girl talking was done, and wine drinking, it was so damn sex in the cityness! OH OH OH and the buying of "YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN"............ Oh, I want you Gene Wilder
Then Friday night, Hank stayed over for work. We sad dinner at AnaLakshmi, not much else to say about that night.
Then saturday night. Me and Miss BBBB, just sitting around my apartment drinking White wine and smirnoff Black, after a lovely walk through north perth to get it. Then we got way trashed to early, it was a bit scary so i banned us from drinking of a while, and i'm guessing when we started again, it was when we decided to walk to amplifier. which was the best idea. There isn't much that i remember from doing this. I remember patting a random cat. seeing some beer bottles, being near hyde park. Then when we got there, it was hell early, found Kasey and Annette in the alley of amps. then we went for a walk to kill time, which landed us up on the 10th floor of the Carpark next door. yelling at tim, who we could see in the Amps garden. then amps/dancing/yadda yadda. then miss B left me, which was ok. then more stuff. then waiting for the taxi that didn't exist, then light, and deciding to walk home again. then finding the best alley in perth. then deciding walking was stupid when i got to bulwer, then taxi then sleep.
then i had a lovely Sad Sad Sad Sunday like most weeks. which was combatted by watching Red Dwarf and Buffy, and having Miss BBB over.
blah blah blah, and i will have my internet and fone back tonight, not more going over my cap anxiety!
