**Hyukjae’s POV**
I don’t know why my heart shattered into a million pieces when one morning she flies into my room with papers in her hand.
“Best friend Oppa! Look! Look! I made it! I made it! I’m going to America to study college!” she exclaimed while bouncing up and down.
“That’s great! Chukhahae!” I said jumping with her trying to hide my aching heart. I remembered I was the one who pushed her to submit her application form and even accompanying her to the post office. And now I really regret being the ever supportive best friend.
“Whew!” she said plopping down on my bed. “I suddenly felt dizzy after jumping from our house to here. Hahaha!”
Their house is just next door. And her room is just across mine. We usually exchange messages using a clothesline and a basket so I was shocked that she really came to my room with her news this early.
“Babo, Haera! Of course, you’ll get dizzy. There’s no athletic bone in your body and jumping is stressful to you. Kekeke”
“Hmp! Why did Twin Oppa get all the athletic genes?”
“Coz you got all the intellectual ones. Kekeke!”
“Haha! He’s gonna kill you when he hears that.”
“Haha! Let him try! Muhahaha!” I sat down on my bed too then my stomach growled.
“Have you had breakfast yet? I’ll cook for you to celebrate your college acceptance.”
“No, not yet! Ok! I want Kimchi fried rice Hyuk style!”
“Ok. One Kimchi fried rice Hyuk style coming up!”
“Make that two! I’m hungry too!” said Donghae panting outside my door. “Haera’s screaming woke me up and umma told me she’s here so I came running. And besides, you can’t celebrate without me. I’m always the life of the party.”
“Oh yeah… Life of the party with drool marks on your face. hahaha” I said then darted off to the kitchen.
“Yah! Hyukjae, you’re gonna pay! Make me ramyun too!” Donghae shouted as he tried to catch me.
“Hyuk Oppa, run!” I hear her siding with me. And a triumphant smile spread across my face.
