I just saw "Sex and the City: The Movie." It was fantastic. I feel like anyone that liked the show will like the movie. It was well written, well acted, the characters and the situations easily flowed between funny and dramatic, just like the show. I was disappointed to see IMDb had such a low rating due to immense amount of internet-trolling assholes rating it at a "1". I'm also so sick of people not seeing the heart of SATC. True, at times the fashion element was overwhelming, but watch until the end, and all will be forgiven. The last scene makes up for it, like the writers want to say "Just in case you forgot, there ARE things more important."
Perfection.

In other news, lab work at Wesleyan... NO idea whats going on, but whatever. I do what I'm told, and I'm doing okay. Its actually kind of fun mixing up chemicals and putting them in gigantic machines that could burn my face off if I did something wrong. I like it :D
And while its time consuming, I don't have to bring any work home with me (or, more accurately, to my grandpa's with me).

And living with Grandpa? AWKWARD. Because I keep weird hours and I keep going back and forth between my parents' for a night, then his, he keeps forgetting why I'm there.

I started Wednesday, then Thursday I drove back to Philly to see Cirque du Soleil with Paul. It was my (early) birthday present from him. FREAKING AMAAAAAAAAAAAAZING!!!!! If ever you get the chance to see a Cirque du Soleil show, I promise you no price is too high, and you won't regret it no matter how broke you are. Its the most insane shit you've ever seen in your life... but in a good way.
