Finally went back to work yesterday.
Its been ages since i last went to work... Ehh 2 months ago. Haha...
The hospital is still the same, not much difference...
Except for some new faces.. never see b4 one. ..
And yA... its as boring as b4... working therE.
Imagine sitting at the counter the wHole day...
Ehh.. k la.. not that bad.
Lucky some of the ppl i know was working, so i got ppl to tok to...
There;s this old man yesterday. Not very sure how he came to the hospital. He came to see doc, den after seeing the doc, and collecting medicine, he can go hoMe. And, he actually forgot how to go home. At first i didn;t know, he walked out of the a&e... den a few minutes later, a staff pushed him in again. i thought wat happen. den he told my colleague dat he dunno how to go home, and he dunno where he lives. He looked so blur... and pitiful. He say he wans to eat something. At that time, we were quite busy, so we brought him to the nurses and they gave him something to eat. Den my colleague went to tok to him, asking him if he remembers where he live, but all the answer was dunno. Luckily we found his address and phone number on his wallet, its printed on a sticker and paste inside. We called the number, no one answered dispite repeated calls made. Finally after uncountable number of calls someone picked the phone up. And he say he'll come down in a whiles time. We're so happie, he can go home. So, we waited.... waited..... till 5 ! den his daughter came to picked hiM up.... which means i think he stayed in the hospital sitting down there for abt 4-5 hRS.. oMg! I wonder.. would i be like this when i'm old. i dun dare to think much now. Sometimes elderly are so pitiful, they tend to forget everything, and some dun even know why they're at one place doing wat. This old man is lucky, his daughter is willing to take care of him. On the other hand, there are lots of ppl out there who abandon their parents when they found out that they are down with some illnes or wat. I despise tat kind of ppl. They're so irresponsible! One day, their children will do that to them too. they'll know when the time comes. We should learn to respect elderly ppl! Treat them well with care and conCern!
