So I've been unhappy about my weight. we all know the solution to that. mind what you eat, get off your butt more.
but in Boston a pharma is trying to come up with a magic pill. Quite literally, a pill to make you eat less that isn't a drug, but works mechanically.

I see this as a terrible idea. but I like that they are thinking. Next we need the Ambian exercise program. Get a good night's sleep and use those side effects to your advantage.
Me- I'm moving my butt; watching what I eat. My new task force of choice- I changed my breakfast to be cereal. Carrots and a rice cake mid morning (well 12:30). Then Small lunch and regular dinner.
Also I'll be doing 2 hrs of dance class again this month. I just have to decide if the 8:30 class is a good idea or not. That is the class I want to take most. but getting home around 11 PM? Yuck!
