I wonder if Jay-Z and Beyonce have ever gone to a Halloween party dressed as Ike and Tina Turner.
It's been a weekend. Slept through Friday night. Needed to catchup on sleep I guess. Unfortunately that meant I missed a night with E. :-( Saturday morning I got some work done on the utility room tho it looks worse than when I started I think.
Saturday night I had plenty of opportunity to play but didn't. Not exactly sure why. Something just held me back.
Sunday entailed going into the office to work a few hours to try to get ahead for the week so I can maybe keep my sanity this week. Lunch with E and K at Jerk Hut followed (mmmm oxtail!). Dropped off a pineapple top to T&S - may it grow a big, juicy pineapple for them in a year or two. Came home in time to catch the VMAs. The MJ tribute made me tear up, Kanye's diss made my mouth drop, Lady Gaga seems to be the next Madonna reincarnation, in the end Beyonce showed the class that Kanye lacked.
Work tomorrow...jeans week! Woot! At least my rough week gets to be in jeans!
