oh...thank god it's finally friday. i'm glad my first week of school is over, because i'm tired of running about school and feeling like i'm the only person who wants to rebel against the "pride." i can't wait to have some fun this weekend and just be able to relax, eat, and sleep all i want.
1st hour fnd of tech I: i didn't get anything done in this class, because supplies were missing. so until the teacher orders them or gets them from someone else i can't complete my first day and everyone else is ahead of me. plus...i'm stuck with a younger guy who won't even speak to me at all unless i talk to him. it's really ridiculous...why can't guys be more friendly to girls? do i have cooties? homeroom: our admin explained why "pride time" is "pride time." that's all i need...i don't want an explanation to the madness...oh...and PRIDE even stand for something. school is too conforming... 2nd hour adv algebra: i did really bad on my last assignments, so i tried really hard to pay attention to what the guy was saying and took some notes. i think i did better this time with the homework. 3rd hour resource methods: alot of people dropped out of the class. no wonder...i think the teacher scared them off (he thinks so too). people shouldn't drop classes, because they're hard. they should face the challange given to them like i have often done. i don't know how to sew, but i took aparrel design class last year. i don't like honors french, but i taking it. people just need to deal. 4th hour ap wrld euro: the fruits gone! ;.; aw well...the class was still fun. we reviewed the pages we read last time and our next assignment is due in 2 weeks; we have to outline all of chapter 9, except the part about the medieval russians. o.o; i hope i can get it done in time, but i'm not starting on it now, because i'm feeling a bit lazy again.
after school i hung around my friends like i've been doing and making my mother come and pick me up at 3:45pm (even though we get out at 3:15 i just want some time to hang out with my friends or do some homework). i found out that the tree in front of the school's main enterance has bean pods coming off of the branches (found out that it's a carob tree) so i got one of my tall friends to pick some for me. ^^ i almost had someone eat one of the beans, but they said it tasted nasty and spit it out. o.o; then the bean pods left orange sticky stuff on my hands so then i had to wash my hands. by the time i got out most of the people had left. *sighs* then my mother came and we were off. oh, i did find out some info on drama club and i have to check with this teacher about art club. yay...
