You'd think there was a full moon out today. I get onto the train platform at about 5:10 (that's PM, folks) for the 5:13 train and look in annoyance at the guy standing in "my spot" (you people have NO idea how much of a creature of habit I am), so I stood at the next spot over and oh wow, am I glad I did...right as the train was pulling up, the dude puked. Ick. So I get on the train and sit down far away from puking dude. Yes, that's right. He puked, then got on the train. Sitting across from me and one seat over was a young-ish guy--early 20s--just sittin' and listening to music. Right? Ohhhhh how wrong I was. Pretty soon he started doing the whole air guitar thing, with lips pursed and a look of intense concentration on his face. Yeah I was wondering if I should change seats...maybe change countries :D A couple of stations later a woman gets on the train with a stroller. Yes, child in stroller, never fear. The little girl was about 2 years old and at first she fussed a little bit, but then was looking around and WHAM, eyes locked in on me and she stared....I was preparing for her to start crying, but nope. She waved. FOR TEN MINUTES. The poor mother was so embarassed. It was pretty funny. Tonight...on my way back home...oh man. I KNEW I should have had my camera with me. Both guys sitting in front of me were sleeping and doing the whole 45-degree-lean. Both had their mouths open. Standing next to me were two slightly intoxicated salarymen, about mid-50s. One seat opened up, so of course they had to out-bow each other trying to convince the other one to take the empty seat. One of them finally sat down, and then....excuse me while I start laughing...started patting the other guys belly, probably talking about their respective beer belly's, the need to diet, etc. I had to move from where I was standing 'cause I was starting to laugh. F**k I'm gonna miss stuff like this.
