i've decided to extend the deadline this week from friday to saturday. being that (one) i have only received one icon thus far and (two) tomorrow is halloween. so yeah, please submit them by saturday (nov 1) at 12 pm (est). voting will be shortened, which shouldn't matter too much because people tend to only vote a couple hours after its been posted anyways.
