YES on prop 34 to rid of the death penalty. It costs $305 million to execute one prisoner vs. $50,000 to send him to life w/out parole. Most on death row die of old age anyway so while your $$$ goes towards their special housing and legal team, they are subjected to the ramifications of life in prison anyway.

YES on prop 37 to label genetically modified foods (GMO). you have the right to know what you put in your body and it will not raise your groceries bill.
