Seventeen: What's your character, Meg, like?
Leighton: I play Meg, who comes to Monte Carlo, sort of by force by her father because he wants her out of the house, with two people that I'm not crazy about and then we, through a case of mistaken identity, are whisked away to beautiful Monte Carlo, where she falls in love and becomes friends with the girls and learns a lot and goes to a ball. It's pretty fabulous.
Seventeen: What do you love most about Selena Gomez and Katie Cassidy?
Leighton: These girls are very rare to find in this business. They're so talented and down-to-earth and kind and really so close to me - like family now.
Seventeen: What do you meet the most while you're here in Monte Carlo?
Leighton: I do miss my family, but I've had a few friends come meet me here. Lucky them. They're like "Oh, we're not going to come to Budapest, we'll come to Monte Carlo." But yea It's been a little bit hard being away from my family, but I'm just happy so it's been wonderful.

Katie Cassidy: [on who she's closest to on the set] Bonding-wise, I spent obviously a lot of time with Leighton and Selena.
Selena Gomez: [on advice from Leighton and Katie] And then, Leighton's always, you know, kind of follow your heart. It's so funny because I'm not even sure the girls realize what they've helped me with. Leighton, nor Katie, they don't wear make-up. At all. Like when they're not working, they don't wear make up. And that's really awesome for me, because I barely wear makeup. When we go to dinner, to see how beautiful they both are and they don't wear makeup and they just kind of throw their hair in a bun. It really has inspired me. I mean, I look up to them in so many ways, all of them, because they're just really wonderful people.
[on what the cast does for fun on set] Leighton and I always try to find accents from movies and we try to reenact it. She's the one who's amazing. I just try to copy her and have her try to teach me.
