OMG
I have to say, I have a unhealthy love for America's Next Top Model. And this whole "cycle" I have been saying, "This week, they are going to get rid of the fat chick*, because Tyra won't let a fat chick be ANTM." And every week, Whitney, the "full-figure model" has made it through.
This week was the finale. Whitney, Anya (thin and blond), and Fatima (very thin and with the added bonus of having a tragic back story involving being a refugee and genital mutilation) were the final three. Of course, I was pretty sure Fatima would win, what with the back story and all. But she was out after the first cut (Imagine me watching Whitney and Fatima standing waiting to hear who is going to the final two and me saying "Fatima" just before Tyra says "Whitney". I was flabbergasted). Then the runway show happened. And I thought Whitney rocked the house (even though her first dress was TERRIBLE!). But Paulina was so down on her, I thought (again) that there was no way that they would really give the fat chick the win.
And then they gave the fat chick the win. W00T!
*I say fat, but really, she is normal. She has hips, breasts, and a butt. She just is not a size -2 as most models are.
