one week later...
i am trying to find print services for the newsletter, the one i got the grant for. people charge outrageous amounts for color copies, it seems to me. if anyone knows of a cheap online print service for color copies, let me know. we are trying to do 200 copies of an 8 page newsletter (4 pages front and back), with 3 editions, all for 500 dollars. And it is challenging! We made that amount, either with less copies or imaginatively thinking we could get color copies done for 15 cents apiece. that is really boring you, i'm sure. oh, numbers.
meg and i are going to oxford again tonight, to hang out with bri and see brian play at alexander house. has anyone ate at that hungry howie's pizza place? it's new. it's hard to go wrong with pizza, but chuckie cheese's manages to do it. you may remember eating pizza there as a kid, and it was good, but it's not anymore. on sunday night, me and meg went up to oxford and to fiesta and the formal gardens, where the flowers weren't out yet, so then we went over to western to see the swans. and ate ice cream. all in all a great evening. we were going to go on a walk tonight too, but with the rain, who knows.
