For those not on the girl's group
Last night sucked. I got rear-ended. And not in the gay sex kind of way.
Personal injuries: my knee has been hurting, though less since it popped earlier today. My shoulders and neck sore - especially my right side. It wasn't too bad until a couple of hours ago, when I tried to look over my left shoulder and noticed that it hurt on the opposite side. Since then the muscle seems to have tightened up quite a bit.
Car injuries: My back bumper is kind of barely hanging on, and the car frame is bent in the back. The trunk hood won't latch, and the radio/thermostat console popped out when I was hit. The thermostat works, but the radio doesn't. Also, my brakes are kind of squishy, and they click at a certain point - but they work.
Luckily, the person who rear-ended me was insured, so they should be paying for the repairs to my car, and hopefully, since it wasn't my fault, my insurance shouldn't go up any.
All in all, it really wasn't that bad. It could have been a lot worse (there easily could have been another car or two involved). Everyone was all right in the other car, aside from being a little shaken up, and probably a little sore today.
But it sucked.
