the valentine's day from hell
It's never a good thing to be stood up...it's worse when it's on Valentine's day. By someone who is supposed to be your good friend. The horrible part is that I wasn't feeling well the whole day and seriously considered cancelling. But I figured that since we were meeting at my house to make pizza and watch movies I could suffer through it. Not so. Right about the time I broke down and called to find out where he was, I got sick. Really sick. Like, throwing-up-all-night-in-the-bathroom sick. There is nothing worse than being that sick with absolutely no one around to take care of you. Especially when you've been stood up and not so much as received a phone call. I don't know whether to ignore him completely or yell long and loud when he calls.
