NaBloPoMo 2013 - Day Fifteen
15. We're halfway there and it's a Friday! Just pimp something you've made and/or written. (And if you haven't written/made anything, pimp something from someone else that you love!)
Hrm. Well, I tend to go through cycles with my stuff. Yes, yes, I love it... no, scratch that, this is shit. Here are a few pieces I've written that, for the most part, I still like pretty well.
Also odd is that two of the pieces are canon pairings -- which are not my thing at all. But hey, I figure if the Remus/Tonks fic could win luvscharlie's seal of approval, it must not be half bad. ;D
Howl (Remus Lupin/Nymphadora Tonks; NC-17; ~5k)
Summary: The line between man and wolf blurs on the eve of the full moon, making it even harder for Remus to end things with Tonks.
Don't Blink (Bill Weasley/Fleur Delacour; PG-13; ~10k)
Summary: Trust me friend, a hundred years goes faster than you think. So don’t blink. Bill reflects on his life-- and the remarkable woman he shared it with.
The Secret at the Grave (Blaise Zabini/Cho Chang, Blaise Zabini/Romilda Vane; PG-13; ~9k)
Summary: The women in the two black veils didn’t bother to cry.
Christmas Cheer (Seamus Finnigan/Pansy Parkinson; G; 860)
Summary: Seamus' enthusiasm for the holidays serves as a source of irritation for Pansy.
Aren't We All Running? (Neville Longbottom/Pansy Parkinson; PG-13; 2k)
Summary: Atop the North Tower, two unlikely friends meet.
Needless to say, I tend to like stories I wrote for fests best, particularly those I wrote for interhouse_fest. I quite like this year's as well, but... that's still a secret. ;)
