And I can say that I don't miss soda, which is a first for me. I have been trying something new and have been slightly altering my diet here and there as well as investing some time in mental reprogramming. The first thing on my list was soda. I have been a huge soda drinker to the point that I really did have a problem.
Last week I attempted the reprogramming and after a day, I didn't care to have any. Three days later and I had no desire. I was drinking water, orange juice, even that fruit mixed V8 thing they got out now and no desire at all.
So I ordered some today with the pizza I ordered. It has been a while since I ordered pizza and after my marathon all nighter for no reason yesterday, I figured it was time. Anyway, I drank the 20 oz. bottle and felt ill. I finished it, but I didn't guzzle it and I certainly didn't want anymore. Instead, I had a strong desire for some V8.
Going from almost 10 liters a week to a 20 oz. bottle is awesome. I am also losing weight, though it hasn't been alot. I have a lot of energy and I am using it to move around, walk, enjoy the day and really have a different outlook on life.
Scary, isn't it? Sure, I get doomy every once in a while but not as much as I used to. No reason to be happy other than I am alive, things are changing and any other mellow dreck I can throw out there.
