And here I thought things were getting better
Well it's been that special time of year again. Another audit completed and the end of first quarter is fast approaching. Taxes are getting wrapped up for the most part and well, certain financial issues aside, things have calmed down considerably for me.
Uh... well, aside from the asshat CFO that was hired that is about as clueless as he is brainless. Genius here thought is would be a good idea to get rid of coffee and water because of the expense of those items. Then in all his glory thought it would be a grand idea to deduct appraisal invoice monies from the LOs paychecks without telling them before hand. In all honesty, the rest of the department was taking bets on who would slug the guy first when they got their paychecks and saw the deductions. Too bad I had to intervene on that one.
Then I come in today, after some time dealing with a different audit I run into B. He gives me the usual greetings at which point I notice his right hand/arm in a splint. *blink blink blink* Turns out he got into a fight over the weekend and broke his hand.
Brilliant!
Let's have the CEO of the company show just how much of "one of the guys" he still is by breaking his hand from punching a guy in a bar fight which was started by other LOs!
