First post of 2009!!!
Andrew left today. :( But he was here for me to kiss on New Year's Eve, so...
I'm all anxious about grad school (getting in, paying for it, moving, pretty much everything except the actual work, which doesn't scare me at all) so if anyone has any words of advice on that front, I'd appreciate it.
On a happier side, I'm watching this HILARIOUS movie about gargoyles on Sci Fi. Seriously, nothing cheers a girl up like horrific acting and very badly CGI-ed monsters.
Oh men, why do you think bullets will work against anything and everything? They are really not effective.
Gary Oldman, what the hell are you doing in The Unborn? Are you really strapped for cash or something? You're better than that, Gary.
Does anyone else find "My Bloody Valentine 3D" absolutely hilarious?
Points Why I Do:
-A killer miner? Really?
-Every time I see that mask, rather than being filled with terror, I want to yell, "ATTACK OF THE MOLEMEN!!!"
-It's in 3-D. Is that supposed to make it scarier? Cause I'm pretty sure 3-D went out of vogue in the 80's, and for good reason.
-It's a remake. And from reading the two plot summaries on IMDB, I'm 99% sure the original is better.
-Yes, put 'bloody' in your title, that will help. *BWAHAHAHAHAHA*
