- avoiding homework:
Everyone avoids homework. That's half the fun of it. - books:
I used to read like a madwoman. I still have an appreciation for books, and I still love them, but with the advent of Sophomore year in high school I just haven't seemed to have as much time for them. Plus I read A LOT for school. Right now I'm reading Anna Karenina and loving it, so yeah. - bowling:
I bowled for like eight or nine years. Every Saturday. I ended up with like a 146 average, which is not too shabby. - disney:
Who doesn't love Disney? Disney World is like my Mecca. No matter what anyone says, so many good things have come out of that place. You can't watch a Disney movie or go to Disney World and be depressed. It appeals to my love of fantasy. - fanfiction:
Ahhh fanfiction. I guess this kind of replaced my reading of books. And it provides an outlet for my writing talents too. I blame Hannah and Percy. Although I never would have been as into it as I am if not for Sam and Stealing Harry. - harry potter:
I was recently made an officer in Abby's Harry Potter group on Facebook. And it made my life. Which is odd, because my history with Harry Potter is rocky. Mrs. Lynam read us the first one in 7th grade, and I begged mom to buy it for me so I could finish it before she did cause she was slow. And mom wouldn't get them for us until they came out in paperback. But then my aunt bought me the first three in hardcover, and after mom read them she bought the next three the first days they came out. I decided to give up on the series the day Sarah came to me on the train and told me who died at the end of book 5. But at the urging of Hannah and Kelli and my introdution to fanfiction, I got back into it. I read book six in a week, and book seven can't come soon enough. I'm sure that was more than you wanted to know about that. - indiana jones:
When I was far too little to really be watching it, I watched Temple of Doom on TV and loved it. Yes I loved the heart ripping out scene. It just kind of grew from there. My love for Star Wars even partly came from my love for Indy. - inuyasha:
Channel surfing led me to Cartoon Network one night, I watched this random anime with a cute half-demon, and I was hooked. I think it was fate, because I just happened to see the very first episode. - remusexual:
Don't ask. Somewhere in the annals of the RemusxSirius community there was a theory about how Remus and Sirius were basically straight and only gay when it came to each other. Someone wanted to see how many people we could get to list Remussexual as an interest. I bought the theory and listed it. But I always liked Sirius too. - siriusexual:
See above.
