Being stupid comes naturally
Since last week I've had this nagging feeling I've forgotten something important. I just couldn't figure out what it was.
Today I got mail telling me that because I missed my appointment last Tuesday, the employment office has decided I no longer qualify for unemployment security. So no money for me unless I fix this really fast. I wonder if they'll believe when I say I really believed my appointment was on the 15th and not the 5th - and even if they do, will it make any difference?
Crap. I'll be in the corner, banging my head against the wall.
