SCREAM LOUDER THAN FICTION

Mmm. No sleep. As usual.
DAMNTIT, CAN’T GET THE DAMNED BACKGROUND TO LOAD. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU.

Roadtrip! Roadtripp-ed out of town, to see some crazy circus people we know perform at some…cultural… festival… thingy.
Although many of the people present clearly had never come into any more contact with ‘culture’ than the bacteria growing between their teeth.

Which meant about a frillion hours in the car (by which I mean about four) to walk around in the rain with WET FEET, DAMN YOU I HATE HAVING WET FEET, to be trodden on by many tourists, and yelled at by strange foreigners jealous of our parking space*, be used as a pillow, and listen to Giant, Giant Nerds of Doom debate whether superman is the greatest thing to ever wear his underwear on the outside, and whether Darth Vader has a purple lightsaber. But, I was culturally (and aesthetically) enlightened by the fabulous hippy circus people - yay Risqué! It rocked. I’m going to ring up random phone numbers and tell people I don’t know about how much it rocked. Especially when they thanked us at the end of the first show, and the state coordinator got us in free ‘by personal invitation’ for the next shows XD

And Furuba… *sparkles* I got more Fruits Basket, the shiny shiny one with Hatori on the cover *hugs* Oh, and I found out about an anime ‘con close to where I live, too, which is excitingment.  Can’t say I’ve ever been to a ‘con, not that I’ve ever heard of one around here anyway, and it’s kind of a shame I don’t know of anyone else who’d want to go. Bah; looks as though I will be a giant nerd on my own. XP Shame; I’d love to make some people I know embarrassingly cosplay or something… the idea has merit, indeed…

On the downside of Yay, I will be acting as chauffer for some relatives out of town for a while. Which will mean I will be nowhere in the vicinity of the internet for a while. Or a computer. Or probably anything more technologically advanced than, say, an orange. Whilst my posting *are* usually fairly sporadic, this will mean nothing at all for an indeterminate amount of time, and this will be very, *very* not fun. So will be working like a crazy thing on whatever projects I can while I have the time.

*I thought he was going to stab our car or something. Or me. Or even worse, my bag, with all my books in it. Seriously. Wasn't cool.

Oh. And those icons?
When I say ‘tomorrow’ I really mean ‘sometime in the foreseeable future, at a date not yet specified’.
