Bottom-to-bottom squat Tabata workout and a 1 mile run

WOO-HOO!!!!

We did a bottom-to-bottom squat Tabata workout tonight, ending it with a 1 mile run. A bottom-to-bottom squat Tabata workout is pretty simple:

- For 20 seconds you do squats
- At the end, for 10 seconds, you hold the squat in the down position (i.e. you are squatting)
- Repeat 8 times (total of 4 min)
- Keep a running count of how many squats you do in the 4 min.

Once done, we then ran a mile.

There are various rules for demerits that I adhered to. My score was 70 - 8 demerits = 62. My previous score was 46. I KILLED this workout.

Oh ya, that mile run at the end, I did it in 6:27 seconds, a personal record. I sprinted the last 200 m. Puked my brain out.

I feel AWESOME!
