We are back at Bowie. We are beginning anew. We have papers shoved in our faces, and seating charts to follow. We have homework on the first night of school, Ewing's requirement, and we have practices. We have performances the second day of school and we get home late at night. We have little sleep and we have little time to eat.
We are learning new things. We are seeing new faces, some of old friends that just LOOK new, and some of new people. We are changing. We are finding our places, slowly.
Things are changing, but we're not quite ready. Relationships seem strikingly important, yet strikingly difficult to maintain. Some of us wonder if we'll ever feel the same around certain individuals. We all want them to be the same, don't we? Some of us are hurt but can't explain why. THAT is challenging. Some of us just can't seem to get it straight, and that is tough.
And of course, we are all waiting for a nice weekend!
