Its been one week since you looked at me...
its supposed to take about a week to get used to. Well, one week has passed and im doing so-so. I am definately falling asleep now, although im not sure about how many of those occurences had instances of REM sleep. I remembered a dream only once, so idk. I overslept i think 5 out of the 7 days although in the later parts of the week, i woke up within a few hours so i know that my sleep requirement has decreased. Hopefully i will have fully adjusted at the end of this week since finals start in 9 days, which if i am fully assimilated, will help me a lot with my studies.
