AH, where to start...
today i lost the nhs elections. you know, u win some, u lose some. just some things i would have preferred not to lose at. maybe some things are for the better, though. maybe if i had won, i would have exhausted myself. and its not that im really sad, mad, or disappointed... i just feel weird about it. at least i lost to a respectable competitor. who knows, i might actually work harder to get good grades and not stay at school till 7-8 p.m.
dont u miss those days in elementary school when you didnt have finals, and you spent the last two weeks of school watching movies and doing fun stuff. man i miss it.
i feel like im at a lack of music. not necessarily band music. just that feel good music, classical music, and other kinds. yeah...
im behind in qual lab, im gonna barely start my second unkown, and i have to do it in two days!! ah!!
today was the last day that i ever got to play w/ "the cymbal line". and the rest of our drumline. :(
well, i feel that its pretty appropriate to bring up the topic of graduation. *sigh. these past 3 days have been sorta weird, u know with yearbook assembly and whatnot. even though ill probably see my best friends through the summer, itll be alot of those friends who i would say hi to in the halls that will affect me as well. the halls will be so empty. the people who i turn to for advice will be a mere one year older than me (no offense). i wont have my band posse and a portion of my stuco posse or my other friends. next year will be different, no doubt about that. but i think im at a point in my life where change isnt the greatest thing to look forward to. i pretty much have less than a week to "seek closure". its not fair. you know all those little things that you wanna say or do, they add up. and now i have to figure out what to do. im not thinking well tonight. i think in my next few updates, ill spill the beans and pour out my sentiments. just for now: Cindy, Becky, Daniel, Carol, Kevin, Fabiana, Crystal, Nicole, Jacob, Virginia, Marco, drumline peeps, and all my other friends. you guys are awesome, and ill truly miss you. theres more to come, though...
