I'm a very lazy girl...
Sorry I haven't been on the past couple days. I have been busy with getting ready for school and volleyball tryouts and all. I made the team which I am happy to tell you guys. We had a one hour practice which was more like a meeting. We just talked for the hour about what to expect and everything you basically need to know about the high school sports and whats involved. Tuesday is our next practice starting at 1:00 - 3:00...so a normal three hour practice.
Did any of you guys watch the VMA'S last night. I'm sure you guys saw it. I am just the nerd and need to make it clear that I was changing the subject. Anyway, I thought the opening act with Brittany Spears, Christina Aguilera, Missy Elliot and ofcoarse Modona, was a bit strange. The kiss kind of freaked me out, because Brittany doesn't seem like she would be willing to do something like that. Then theirs Christina who I can't stand, but some of her music is pretty good. I just cant stand her overall. Sorry for you Christina fans...I'm just not with it.
The whole show was fine with me. The whole Eminem thing where he beats up the puppet left me laughing. I laugh at the stupidest things...I sure hope I wasn't the only person that cracked up about that. I was expecting more jokes from Chris Rock, but it was in ways limited. I think I liked last years better. I don't know...they make out the VMA'S to more then it really is and you just keep on expecting more then they give you.
I am now a big fan of Coldplay. I absolutely love their music. I started to like them after seeing the video for the The Scientist on MTV and listening to a couple of their songs. After the VMA'S, I was just craving their music. I like the mellow sound of it and just everything about the music they present. After seeing them perform on TV yesterday I was set for life.
