Well it feels good to be actually getting back into shape. I haven't broke my dedication yet though I have slacked every now and then. I'm still low on the stamina front, but it's coming back to me slowly. I might go buy a bottle of Ginseng since I found it really helped with stamina back when I was in conditioning for football. Of course that was when I could jog two miles before becoming fully winded.
I want to purchase a monthly subscription to the local gym so that I can hopefully start weightlifting ever y other day. Pushups have restrengthened my upper boddy substantially enough to get me in shape for some light lifting. Situps have been overall a pain since the floor rapes my lower back which is another reason to go to the gym since they have an elevated situp bench.
It's still tough sticking with the routine but I'll thank myself in the long run for the dedication.
