GROUND CONTROL, TONIGHT!
I've felt sort of crappy today, but I might still pull my head out of my arse and go! Everyone should!
Tonight's a good night for karaoke. Most of us are getting ready
to meet with family. That usually means either lots of stress,
or getting excited. Both emotional states are very conducive
to wailing like a maniac. :-)
The "on computer" and "experimental" track lists have been updated
and uploaded to the GC website.Songs added since September 2008
have been marked, so you know what the most recent additions are.
There's still some on there that haven't been sung yet!
Also, tonight we're upping the ante - theraevyn is STILL collecting
canned food and donations, and can use your help! Here's what we're
going to do: get a dollar off for every can of food you bring, up to $4.
So, bring four cans and get in FREE. Your other option? GROUND CONTROL
will donate every dollar after the third dollar of admission to sponsoring
theraevyn 's Salvation Army adopted family. If you pony up $5, $2 of that
will go towards helping a needy family have a holiday that doesn't
involve foraging for food, clothing and shelter.
