I have PS CS2 and until recently I was able to use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E to merge all layers of an icon and place it above the top most layer, but it still left all individual layers below the merged layer. I have no idea why it won't work anymore, I haven't changed anything (that I know of). Does anyone know/have any ideas?
