Thanksgiving is coming!
Well... the classic line from today is Christy answering her phone and saying "I'm sorry Andrew but I can't talk right now, I'm making Turkeys with Megan!" It sounded funny at the moment and even more so now out of context. (For those of you who must know, Christy and I were doing a craft today with pipe cleaners and brown cotton balls, we were making little turkeys for our Thanksgiving tables).
Today was a monumental day as I finally handed my honor's thesis over to Dr. DW and told her to mark away! I find it so much harder to take crticism from someone I like and respect, hopefully she enjoys reading it over break.
Another funny quote... I told Christy that her kids were going to be supper smart and have political debates at the age of three... couldn't you see them sipping coffee and reading the latest edition of the New York Times? She responded by saying that my kids were going to read dissertations and discuss Mary Sidney Herbert in depth at the age of three. They will know everything about literature. What little brain we'll have!
Well friends, I hope you all sleep well tonight (I know some of you, especially one lady might have some trouble because she's so excited about seeing someone!). Everyone have a restful Thanksgiving break, and remember to watch Macey's Thanksgiving Day Parade... I will be as well so it will be like we're all in the same place!
