New Layout, Default Icon, and Header
Congratulations to madmguillotine! She was the only one to submit an entry to the layout/header challenge, so her layout and header will be going up as soon as I have a chance to sit down and do it.

I've unscreened her entry comment, so if you want to go preview the new header, icon, and layout see the contest post.
I'll be making a couple of changes to the layout: moving the icons to the side of posts so they aren't thrown off center, and maybe some LotS tiny icons, but that's it. ^_^
