In order to answer that, if the show follows the books at ALL, you would have to be hugely spoilered and I don't know if you want to be (or the others, for that matter)
I was thinking about this. If she confessed someone in self defense and then he stuck around... This is actually a main point in a fic I am working on.
I don't think Kahlan would the type to confess someone and use them purely for sex, that confessor who died while Richard was in the hands of Denna was implied that she did indeed do that.
True, she would never do it just for sex. But if he was already confessed for some other reason and she got a chance to get to know him. Girls have needs too... I can just imagine being a hormonal teenager with the power to make men obsessed with me. Then again, Kahlan in the series was brought up away from normal people, and I bet as a young lady she was somewhat intimidated by the potentials of her powers. It isn't exactly ethical if they can't say no. I agree, probably not.
in book she is. in book the problem of confessor with sex is that during it their power unleashes and their partners became their slaves. because of it confessor never married person she loves.
they choose the husbands by the probable birth of strong children. Kahlan's mother choose her husband according this criteria too.
There there one exception- the first confessor and her maker the wizard fell in love and became spouses without this problem.

That's like let's say a teenage Emma Frost using her powers to cheat on an important exam.

Sub-question: Is Richard a virgin? Cuz if we gotta examine her sexuality, maybe he should eyeball his too. Or Rahl's. Or Zed's.

I remember Kahlan saying in "Listener" that her father was under her mother's control, and was then released when she died.
