Author's notes: Usual note: My first Legend of the Seeker fanfic story. For some reason, like a lot of others, I saw a great amount of romantic/sexual chemistry between Cara and Kahlan (it was actually because I started reading Cara/Kahlan fanfic). And because of this, I decided to write a story featuring them. I describe this as The Blue Lagoon meets Legend of the Seeker. The story is also available at Fanfiction.net (PG-13/14 version only).
New note: It took me about four years to complete, but this story is finally over. This update has two parts. Part 2 will follow in a couple or few days. I know that some of you probably no longer trust my words when it comes to stating when I will update, given how I've let you down more than once on that matter, but you have my absolute promise that Part 2 will be here very soon. Like I stated in my previous update of this story, it is not really made up of 20 parts (not with the way I usually update in big parts anyway); it's categorized like that that for consistency (I'd initially planned for the story to be longer, but it's come to its natural end). The next Switched In Love update is ready and will be updated after both parts of the last Blue Paradise entry is public, and I'm certain that it won't take more than a year to finish Switched In Love.
Summary: When Cara and Kahlan are transported to a far away deserted island, a new prophecy threatens to bring about the world's destruction. Richard, with Zedd at his side, will stop at nothing to find true love Kahlan, and Cara too.
Previously: Coron receives a hint as to his ultimate role in this life. Kae keeps up pretenses at the People's Palace. Richard, though suffering through the alternate realm, comes closer to reaching Cara and Kahlan as the battle continues between the Blue Paradise creators and The Secret Order. Cara and Kahlan work through their ever-complicated relationship and the island's tactics.
Now: Cara and Kahlan bond in the most intimate of ways. Nicci prepares to follow Kae's plan of victory against Rahl. The Blue Paradise creators and The Secret Order's battle, as well as Richard's efforts to reach Cara and Kahlan, are finally at a breaking point.
