+++ The entire composition seems a little off balance (the duplication in the lower right corner is a little distracting), but the coloring is very eye catching and the idea is unique.

~ (Lol for an icon of Kahlan's bum) The text on this is somewhere between readable and forcibly unreadable, and right now I'm leaning towards 'it does have meaning and should be readable'. Making it a little bolder and brighter might help. It doesn't need to be a big blocky font to be readable. If it wasn't supposed to be readbale, nvm, but being placed just north of Kahlan's bum the center of attention, it looks like it should be.
Also, most of the icon is rather blurry. Maybe a little Unsharp Mask would help, as well as a little more contrast.

It is also bright. Both of these things are opposite of the image of Kahlan (who is soft, subtle, and on the darker side). As a result, my eye is drawn to the texture and not Kahlan which isn't the intent. Try a softer texture that matches Kahlan more or, alternatively, find a way to integrate the original texture with the image of Kahlan by changing the coloring on either the texture of Kahlan. The goal is to get the two to work together, and as it stands, they look very separate.

~ i love the chosen cap, you don't often see people making icons of this scene. my only crit is that the puppet doesn't stand out enough, he kinda melds into the background there. perhaps masking him and coloring him a bit more to make him kinda stand out would help :)
