My Apologies to Rachael Ray
I like to make fun of Rachael Ray. Don't we all a little? Her strange little mannerisms and atrocious vocabulary. Yummo? EVOO? Just say olive oil stupid!
But maybe, I sat at home the other day watching way too much food network. And possibly I watched 30 minute meals. And maybe it looked delicious. Perhaps I made that delicious dish last night with Biscuit.
Wingless Buffalo Chicken Pizza. The sauce was a tangy wing sauce with strips of grilled chicken. And then was topped with shredded jack and blue cheese crumbles and scallions. Sure, we had to eat some Tums afterward to relieve the heartburn, but it was really tasty!!
