Applications
Applications are currently OPEN
Please look over the taken characters, current reserves, and finally the rules and faq before applying.
Applications are reviewed every Friday through Sunday. Any applications received on Monday will be held until the following Friday. (For the sake of the game opening, we will be reviewing apps throughout the week as well.)
Once we are done processing your application you will receive either an ACCEPTANCE, REJECTION, or a REVISION REQUEST. In case of a revision request, you will be given 3 days to respond. You will be notified if it will take longer than usual to process your application.
If you are rejected, you may not apply for that character again for that application cycle, but you are welcome to try again the next time around!
You may apply for up to 2 characters in one application cycle. You must send a separate application for each character. There is no amount limit on the amount of characters you can play, but they can only be apped two at a time.
There are no application challenges. If a character is on the reserved list, we will not process any other applications for that character while the reserve is active. However, if a reserve has expired with no application submitted, that character slot will be open again.
We accept three kinds of characters beyond the usual canon characters. Fandom au's are alternate universe versions of canon characters, a fandom oc is an original character from an established canon setting, and an original character is just that -- an original character with no established fandom. See the application expectations for the specific requirements for each and the faq for more details.

Also, please remember to pick TWO numbers for EACH starter if you want a chance at them being Shiny!

Starter(s): [If you wish for a chance to have a Shiny starter, please include 2 numbers between 1-100. Breeders are allowed two starters, so long as they're in the same egg group/opposite genders. Each starter gets 2 numbers to themselves. If you prefer the normal color of the starter, feel free to ignore that step completely. ]
History: [ For canon characters, a link to a credible source (a wiki, official page, etc) is acceptable. If none exists, or if you're applying for fandom au's, fandom oc's, and oc's, a written history is required. We're looking for a minimum of 500 words, but feel free to include as much as you feel necessary.
For Aus, we want to see how the character and their world differs from canon, and how this impacts their histories.
For fandom oc's, we need to see the character's personal history and how they fit into the canon setting. Please remember that they cannot be related to or have had any prior interaction with a canon character that might alter the canon character or original storyline (feel free to contact a mod if you have any questions about this).
For original characters, we need to have a basic understanding of their world and their history within that world. Please include enough about the world so that we can better understand your character's background. ]
Personality: [ We require at least 500 words, but please don't hesitate to go much further than that. We want to see that you have a firm grasp on their personalities. What makes them tick; what motivates them and what makes them who they are? Some good things to include would be their strengths, weaknesses, fears, and passions. ]
Powers & Abilities: [ Does your character have any special powers or abilities? This is mostly referring to superhuman powers -- magic, fighting abilities, any kind of crazy shonen-fueled physical traits. These powers will be reduced or taken away upon arrival, mods will note the changes in your acceptance notice. Beyond that, we do want to hear about how smart or strong you character is, even by normal human standards. ]
Posting Samples
Third-Person Sample: [ A few paragraphs of prose written for the setting. It could be capturing their first Pokémon, their waking up in the Sendoff Spring, or anything you like, as long as it's within the world of Pokemon. ]
First-Person Sample: [ This must be in the form of a PokéNet or STF post. Please try to make it long enough so that we can get a feel for the character's voice. If they aren't a particularly talkative muse, two or three small samples can be used. ]
