grades
Well i finally got the "hypothetical balls" to check my final grades for the fall semester. ya i totally failed organic chem but the good news is that i only dropped .2 in my overall gpa, considering one of my other grades wasn't that great either. so, i guess i'm kind of content. anyways, just wanted to update a little on my life before the holiday. hershey and coco are doing great! they've both grown quite fond of each other and it's the cutest thing. i heart them. my sister and i have *surprise!* gotten along famously for the last couple months and have even gone out to the movies and dinner a few times. we've both grown up quite a bit, and we don't fight too much anymore. it's a nice change of pace i guess.
I am getting my hair cut today, so wish me luck!!
I got the cleaning bug horribly last saturday and cleaned for the whole day. yup, around 10 hours (with breaks for eating of course!) i rearranged a few things in my room and now it looks quite parisian with the darker more romantic lighting.
Celebrated Erin's birthday on monday :)! we all had a good time. we went to shogun and then to see Narnia, which was good too.
Listen to Panic! At the Disco, they're amazing. Trust me!
I am in dire need of a job. so, if anyone has connections or whatever, let me know! i may apply to bath and body works, linens n things, and family video.
For a while i was considering switching to a kinesiology major, but in the end, I settled on nursing. (There's a story that kind of goes along with that.) i am going to be taking the classes OU doesn't offer at mcc instead (but i still have 2 classes @ OU). i'm so happy i could find them there or else i would be screwed!! so that's all good now.
Oh and Teri - i think i would like to take you up on the offer to move to London after i graduate - seriously. It looks so lovely and I had a blast when i was there! I'm positive I could find a job there too. Everyone needs nurses!! anyways, i feel bad about your last journal entry, and hope to talk to you soon. (we need to get together too!)
And to all my other friends - I hope all of you have a great Christmas. I hope Santa brings you everything you want and everyone have a wonderful New Year!!!
