i've got an interview at standard candy company! i heard a quote at an na meeting yesterday. it was "the difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is unsuccessful people wait for good things to happen while successful people make them happen." it really made me think. so today i got over my anxiety and went into every store i applied to at rivergate and asked them about the status of my app. of course the time of the season for work is terrible, so no luck there. but i got a call afterwards asking for an interview at scc! it had to be god answering my prayer and him seeing my determination. i was the only one out of all my friends that applied that got a call back so i think that's a good sign. i won't get my hopes up but i'm still so excited. i went to a catholic church with taylor yesterday and it was beautiful. afterwards, a girl named leah got kicked out for being drunk.
